What exactly is an e-liquid?

An e-liquid is a liquid used in e-cigarettes or electronic vapor devices (also known as vape devices). This liquid is vaporized and inhaled by the user. E-liquids usually consist of a mixture of propylene glycol (PG) and vegetable glycerin (VG), water, flavorings and, in some cases, nicotine.
