Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery
(with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us),

without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Additional Note on the Withdrawal Form

This sample withdrawal form applies

  • to private customers (consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB) within the framework of the statutory right of withdrawal

  • to resellers / entrepreneurs (B2B) only if a withdrawal or return is voluntarily granted by the seller on a goodwill basis

For entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB, there is no statutory right of withdrawal.
The use of this form by entrepreneurs does not establish a legal claim to withdrawal or return.
