The 10ml liquid called “Icy Rogue” comes from Tom Klarks. When vaping, the liquid develops the aromas of tobacco and blueberry with a bit of coolness and is available in the following nicotine strengths: 3mg/ml, 6mg/ml, 12mg/ml.
